An incredible post-workout breakfast! Ingredients, macro breakdown, and calories below.

Looking for a morning post-workout meal? Or just an amazing, healthy breakfast? Here’s a simple recipe checking all the boxes that doesn’t require a culinary arts degree!

Spray the pan with the Olive Oil Spray and cook the eggs on medium heat to the point they can be flipped comfortably. Once flipped, break up the goat cheese and distribute evenly on the eggs. After another 1-2 minutes I fold the egg on itself as I transfer it to the plate, then spoon the salsa on the eggs (the hotter the better!). Pepper to taste.

The greek yogurt is dished into a bowl and topped with blueberries and cinnamon. Plain flavor can be used, but my preference leans toward Vanilla.
